Phước Đức cổ miếu còn được gọi là chùa Bang Bạc Liêu tọa lạc tại số 74 đường Điện Biên Phủ, thuộc phường 3, thành phố Bạc Liêu, tỉnh Bạc Liêu, Việt Nam. Phước Đức cổ miếu được một nhóm người Việt gốc Hoa ở Bạc Liêu xây dựng vào khoảng năm 1810. Ban đầu, ngôi miếu được dựng bằng cây lá đơn sơ để thờ các vị thần theo tín ngưỡng dân gian người Hoa như: Bổn Đầu Công (Ông Bổn), Quan Đế, Thần Nông, Thổ công, Ông bà Công Mẫu,...Cũng vì Ông Bổn được thờ chính, nên gọi là "miếu Ông Bổn" về sau đổi là "Phước Đức cổ miếu", vì nhóm người Hoa ấy tin rằng Bổn Đầu Công cũng chính là Phước Đức chánh thần.

Sau nhiều lần trùng tu, ngôi miếu ngày nay tọa lạc trên một diện tích 580m2, xây theo hình chữ Quốc, một lối kiến trúc cung đình triều Minh. Toàn bộ công trình có khung bằng gỗ, tường xây, và mái lợp ngói ống. Từ đầu kèo, đầu xiên, các tấm biển (bằng đá và bằng gỗ)...cho đến các linh thú và hoa văn trên các khánh thờ đều được chạm khắc tinh tế. Với giá trị lịch sử và nghệ thuật ấy, Phước Đức cổ miếu đã được Bộ Văn hóa - Thông tin công nhận là Di tích Lịch sử - Văn hóa cấp quốc gia, theo Quyết định số 30 /2000/ QĐ-VHTT/ ký ngày 24 - 11 - 2000.
