Cá lóc nướng trui Cần Thơ tại bến Ninh Kiều Cần Thơ là một món ngon đã đi sâu vào trong tiềm thức ẩm thực của vùng sông nước nơi đây. Cá lóc khi bắt về dùng đũa tre cắm xiên theo mình cá trúc đầu xuống đất rồi lấy rơm đốt.

Khi cá chín thì bỏ lớp vỏ bên ngoài để lộ lớp thịt cá trắng ăn kèm với bánh tráng, bún, rau sống chấm với muối hột dằm ớt. Thưởng thức món cá lóc nướng trui bạn sẽ cảm nhận được phong vị dân gian của Cần Thơ.
